These are a good fit without the liner - I tried my HOKA sneaker liners and the liners from my Merrell hikers but it made the fit too tight around the instep/midfoot/vamp. I take a wide or D fit and it’s not so much the toe box as much as it is for my midfoot that needs the wide sizing so I bought these because they were 1/2 size bigger than my normal size. The 7/8” gap between my big toe and the tip will accommodate thicker socks in cool weather. look practically new - what a DEAL at $63👍🏻and a sweet thank you note from the seller. Thank you.🌺
