Mila was great with prompt communication, the items were as-described and clean! The items did have a very little, subtle bit of fragrance on them (like a cologne/perfume, very familiar scent) but nothing that cannot be eliminated with a quick wash! The product packaging was also as requested, all paper no plastic, which I very much appreciated. Lastly, the pricing is very reasonable and respectful of the fact that these are used items :) I hope to see more items in the future and revisit this closet!
