Items was new , just not a good fit for me but my son loves them and the business costumer service is undisputed and wonderful and attentive to my satisfactory, even though the item met full discription, and was not my taste they still was willing to give me a refund!! Being a business owner myself that take authentic value to do business. Amazing posher.
