The shoes themself earn my 5 star rating. Color just as pictured. Shipping and package care, seller gets 0 stars if it were possible. Seller obviously doesn’t care what shape the suede shoes arrived to me in. No protection whatsoever from them being bounced around in an over-sized box halfway across the U.S.
