Packaging was great, shoes are beautiful and in great shape! Communication prior to the purchase was really good but I had a couple questions after the purchase and couldn't get a response. I tried twice, maybe the seller didnt get them for some reason. I would suggest to anyone else buying a pair of these shoes to go a 1/2 size down.
