The backpack was in perfect condition. I have to mention how well it was packaged, because it was above and beyond. The seller put it in a sturdy box, but what she did after that put the icing on the cake. She wrapped the backpack in Saran wrap, then in tissue paper, and then tied a beautiful gold ribbon (with the little wire in it so it could be shaped as desired)! She also stuffed the box with about 10 or 11 plastic shopping bags so it wouldn't get jostled in transit! Thank you for your care and concern! I will definitely add you to my favorite seller list!
