Thanks but one of the pallets is broken. The broken palette came in a zip loc bag which leads me to believe that you knew it’s broken but didn’t say anything, which is not nice. No one likes receiving broken or damaged items. In the future you should be a little more honest with buyers. The other palettes were on perfect condition.

Very very lucky it wasn’t damaged. I would def suggest using boxes for these types of items in the near future. It looks like the bubble mailer got stuck in a mail machine and the back of the package was ripped open with the palette sticking out. Some shadows popped out but I was able to push the eyeshadow back into their pans luckily! Overall the item is exactly as described! Just be careful with the bubble mailers! Take care :)
