Timely communication. Good seller. Product was as advertised. However, Gucci cut some corners in the manufacturing process and the springs are weak and the clasp on the watch opens during everyday use which is irritating. Seller would have allowed an exchange, but I already had it sized and it wasn't in new condition like when I received. Good seller, bad product 😞
