EDIT changing to 5 stars. As it turns out, it's not One Fast Cat brand. Looks like seller did not know the difference. Thank you very much! After looking at the cat-wheel closely, I realized that I'm missing almost half of the wheel! I only have 8 panels, where as a complete wheel covers with 9 inner panels and 16 outer panels. I received none of the outer ones and was one short of the inner ones.
