The item delivered is exactly as expected, described, with tags still attached and I am so excited to replace the one my local cleaners DESTROYED. So that was fantastic. Shipping timelines and communication maybe not so excellent. I will describe below. I am newer to poshmark so not sure how long shipping after the sale "should" take, or the expected communication level from the seller. It was at least 10 days after the sale before the item was picked up for delivery (label created within 24 hours of sale). After a week of no pickup by carrier having occurred, I wrote the seller a friendly message to ask about timelines. No response. The next day or so I received a message that my item had been picked up by the carrier.I received the jacket 13 days after the purchase--which isn't terrible. However, the lack of transparency and communication was stresssful, and if it had not been an established seller, and I had not been so desperate to replace my beloved jacket--I might have tried to find a way to cancel. Maybe this is standard for poshmark? The last time I ordered from a seller on here it was fast and seamless.

My order came today and the box was so hard to open because it was so carefully wrapped with tape. This time I actually got my order.
