Hi-I'm not really sure how to manage this, because it is the 1st time I've encountered it. Unfortunately, the package never arrived @ my home. I have not had any time to investigate it's whereabouts yet. I'm so bummed-it is so beautiful-i just hope it didn't get lost. I didn't mean to give you a low rating, as you did nothing wrong-please forgive me for not knowing how to best handle this. Mary
