Incredibly poor packaging. The outer box was too big for the shoe box and there was no additional packing material to support the shoe box inside. The shoes arrived out of their box while still contained in the packing box. Thankfully there was no damage to the shoes from being shuffled around during shipping, which is the only reason why this received a full 5 stars, because the actual product was not damaged.
