Exactly as described. NWT. Seller was extremely lovely and accommodating when I asked if it could be shipped ASAP. I didn't end up wearing it to the event planned as my other dress arrived sooner and didn't need any alterations. But I'm so excited to wear this one soon!! I just need a fancy party to go to!! Will order from seller in a heartbeat if something catches my eye.
