This is by far the best seller I've ever worked with on any platform. There was an initial shipping and tracking issue and the seller took steps to go above and beyond to make sure that I received my sweater she also gave me a discount that was not necessary. The sweater arrived package securely, as described it is my favorite sweater so I was replacing when I already owned. I look forward to purchasing from the seller again in the future. A+ A+ A+
