Thank you!! The bag is even better in person!! I love it. It's bigger than I expected, which is good (I take books with me wherever I go!). The handles are a bit damp; have you recently cleaned or conditioned the bag? If so, then I won't. It could also be because of the damp out. I don't know. Anyway, I'll just let them dry; it's not a big deal. I love it, and now I'm going to sell my Dooney and Burke bag because I prefer this one!! Have a great day!
