This seller's presentation was so thoughtful and luxe! While unwrapping, I felt as if Tom Ford himself had hired some expensive assistants to wrap up my goods (the lipstick, plus bonus samples of La Mer!) to ensure I felt very special. Well done! Side note on product clarity (not related to the seller but more about Tom Ford): I had hoped this version of Paradiso was more like the one I am trying to replace. It's not, but it's very nice! TF used the name "Paradiso" for both the Color Sheer, and the Ultra Shine products. I'll wear this Color Sheer, but I'll also be hunting for the Ultra Shine in Paradiso as it's a brighter coral.

This was definitely an unopened item but I suspect it is old- it smells very off unfortunately :( - updating- after your response!
