Was a little surprised my order (knee high boots) arrived only in a polymailer with no additional protection. The seller did ask if I was ok without the original box, which I was fine with as I don't need it and figured it would be hard to find a shipping box to fit the shoebox in, but I kind of expected them to come in a shipping box at least, or at least wrapped in some packing paper or something within the mailer. That said - they ended up being just fine so no big deal. That aside, the boots are in great shape just as described and super cute, communication was great, shipping time was good, and they were priced well so I'm happy!
