Aloha! Thank you for expediting the order, your bag is really nice. The only thing is that the straps are too short and not adjustable so it looks funny and doesn’t fit right. But it’s okay, I should have asked for the strap length or if you noted I should have paid attention. I just assumed it would be longer because coach straps are usually. But all in all you kept it in good condition, you are my very first purchase on this site Lol! Have a nice day!
