She really did a great job with handling a little bit of an oops on her end. After making my purchase of the two bags, she immediately contacted me with the news of one bag going MIA (lol) She let me know that the other one could be purchased and she refunded 1/2 the sale back to my account. Her quick action and apology was sufficient. No harm done. I will still shop her store and anyone reading this should be encouraged to purchase from her as it is a known fact, this seller will take ownership of any problems and will make sure all ends well. My ending includes receiving a great Vera Bradley backpack (vintage drawstring) it arrived clean and with almost no signs of wear!
