Prior to shipping, Seller reached out that the sweater had a noticeable hole but that she could refund the purchase and if still interested, could also still ship the sweater since it was too small for her and of no use to the seller. The sweater was sent and it was damaged as indicated in the private chat and seller issued a full refund as mentioned!
