Honestly, I gave the seller a top rating, despite the fact that I am extremely unhappy - the straps on the sandals are MUCH too loose!!! I'm going to have to take them to a cobbler to see if they can be repaired. The onus is on ME, as I didn't consider asking for strap measurements.
