Absolutely incredible seller! She noticed a small issue with the jacket while preparing it for shipment and went completely above and beyond to make it right before I even received it. She included the sweetest handwritten note AND a refund. The jacket is still wonderful and I’m so happy with it. This kind of honesty, kindness, and customer service is incredibly rare.
