Seller is great so they got the boots to me very quickly the problem I have is with poshmark. Poshmark policies do not support buyers or sellers they take the money and run The customer service is all lip service and they will not let you send certain messages to rectify any issues between buyers and seller. They want total control over the money but don't care about much else they just send form letters to you there is no commitment to actual customer service from Poshmark
