Oh my, it is 20% nylon? It is French's mustard YELLOW. I will hand wash it and dry. Can't wear as its too loud saddly. If you know someone who wants it, let me know. Thank you for your fast shipping.

Love this it fits great, perfect for what I wanted it for. I think this is the terry fabric though not the velour? I'm just wondering because I'm looking for another an want to know the difference :)
