This item, in new condition, arrived quickly and was provided at a great price. I highly recommend both the V5000 and this seller. I connected this to a previously purchased V5000 to add additional storage. I have them stacked using an adjustable Ugreen cell-phone stand. I tried unsuccesfully to upgrade to the latest V100K model but returned two defective units to the company after each one reset my blocked number list to zero.
