In brand new, and beautiful condition! The seller went above and beyond. I bought these slippers during Black Friday, and she immediately messaged me saying she was out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday, and asked if it was OK if she shipped them when she was back into town. If not, she said she understood if I wanted to refund. I told her it was OK and she was so grateful and even throw in an extra gift of two pairs of really cute Vivienne Westwood socks! I really appreciated the attention to detail!
