There are many so many positive things to say about this seller. She communicated thoroughly from the beginning. She shipped the item as soon as she could considering the holidays. The item arrived securely packaged, nicely wrapped, & with a personally addressed handwritten sweet thank you note. Even the tissue paper she used was one of my favorite colors & I liked the heart sticker to seal the package. A dainty pretty bracelet was even included as a surprise!
