Melenie was exceptionally an all around wonderful person!!! She freely and willingly gave me her time, helpfulness, caring, understanding, thoughtfulness and patience !!! First, she held anorder for me, she happily made changes and ddidn't even get the slightest upset when I was forced to drastically cut way back on my original order !! As a matter of fact, she still sent me this gorgeous scarf I had originally earned for such a large order !!! I actually started to cry !! Thank you for being such a true/real angel!!!
