I am giving a 5 out of kindness. I was surprised that the items were shipped using only a thin plastic envelope with no padding. 2 of the action figure boxes arrived with very minor damage that was not listed or pictured before shipping. I suggest that you use more care in the future while shipping collectible items. That is even more important during the holiday season. I have received 3 severely damaged collectors items this month, all of which were inside cardboard boxes and packed with paper, bubble wrap, or other cushioning. Packages are thrown around without care during this time of year. So I was actually surprised the damage wasn’t worse. I felt certain they would all be severely damaged from carelessness during shipping and delivery.
