It’s perfection. My 66 year old boyfriend is going to love it. He just sat up deer camp this weekend. I already have 3 deep freezer full. It’s all the meet I normally use now. I have all kinds of inventive ways too cook it. The pork recipes work extremely well. But venison Wellington is to die for.
