To be honest, this must have been purchased by accident, or I ordered it while in bed. The waist is 15in and I know I wouldn’t knowingly order anything with a 15” waist. I know now it was one those sleep orders. The skirt is a very nice skirt. Thank you, Happy Poshing, and Happy Holidays!🦃☃️🎄😊
