GREAT seller; responsive, quick, efficient. As for the item, the hand warmers were not made of sheepskin nor of suede. They're super cute and comfy, but either they're not real UGGs or UGGs have drastically downgraded their materials. I would advise closer examination with a shrewd eye in the future.
