Pros - the bags are lovely & I got 2! Cons - the shipping box was falling apart & not really protecting the bags, the skimpy tissue was a rumpled mess, the interior of the black bag was dirty & had crumbs & refuse in it. No thank you note BUT THE BAGS ARE GREAT!!!
