Misty is wonderful - she sent the box with the boots very quickly, and when the mail system caused delays (not her fault at all), she communicated with me and apologized. The tone of all her messages has been so friendly and positive! I just received the boots today. And WOW - not only were they extremely well packaged, the interior packaging was beautiful! She added colorful tissue paper and a thoughtful little gift as well. The boots are in the exact conditi0on that she described. All in all, she is an excellent Posher who I feel is trustworthy, attentive, and caring. Thank you so much! I appreciate you, Misty!!!
