Item was exactly as describe in great condition. Packaged well, delivered in a timely manner. I was happy there wasn’t any odor or stretching of the shoes. I buy this particular shoe because they are comfortable to wear and offer good arch support. The snug fit is difficult to find on this style of used Uggs. I highly recommend this seller. There was no deception in the description or images of the shoes.
