Pleasantly surprised that the mug arrived safe and in one piece, along with a special gift and thank you card inside too! Everything arrived in a sturdy well packaged box as my mail delivery service can get a little rough at times. I've been hestitant to order fragile items. So THANK YOU for the communications in addressing my concerns about the packaging and for the card and gift ! ( I was just thinking I needed a new set of those!)
