Hello! Love the hand written note! There was no delay. Life gets in the way things happen. I’m never in a rush for things. I also do not have Amazon prime for the same reason lol I was so happy to find this Avon bag as mine the handles are disintegrating meanwhile, the bag itself is in decent shape and I love the size of it.
