A little confused and irritated that the boots are dusty dirty, something spilled on them and when I took out the insoles they clearly have been worn. Your post says twice in it “never worn”. I appreciate you working with me on the price but it’s a bummer to get something not as described & just tossed in a box to bang around. Contemplated to message personally but you never returned my messages before so I’m sure you won’t now. I’ll clean the boots & it will be all good but maybe don’t post something never worn when the insoles have worn feet into them.
