The seller shipped quickly. All the straps were there allowing me to convert this from a shoulder strap to a backpack. She remembered to include the waterproof shoe bag & wet clothes bag. I really needed this bag for swimming where I may need to bring a full change of clothes & toiletries. The protective outer cloth bag was there too. This was exactly as described & I'm very grateful to have something that makes exercising less of a grind!
