Thank you so much! I was so happy to see the package yesterday. You made the whole experience a breeze with your quick responses to my questions, and shipping updates. The coat fits perfectly. One recommendation: please use less dryer sheets or scented spray. I had to air out the coat and spray it with vinegar to dampen the smell before trying it on today. (My fault for not asking how you stored the coat.) So happy to support a local Posher; I’m definitely visiting your closet again!
