Packaged well just as described came within time frame considering ordered around a holiday I change that I ordered 12-2 and received 12-6 glad it made it this fast would buy from again I now know why these hats are so popular very thick and warm only thing which isn’t the sellers fault I didn’t know is there is not a lot of give to the hats so if u have a big noggin it might be a tight fit I can’t wear my hair up at all with it on again not the sellers or descriptions fault I just didn’t know they are a nice snug fit which long term I don’t know if they stretch more or not but I love it either way love my purchase
