Hi, I gave you 5 stars because your beautiful heels are in near perfect condition, clean, and a great price. My wife will love them. I would suggest that you use a little more care when shipping your product. Just thrown in a box with no wrapping or any acknowledgment make people think you don’t care about them. Granted, your heels are durable, but that extra effort means so much. You carry very beautiful products, they deserve a good presentation. Hope this helps. Warmly, Peter😊
