Love the necklace. It is beautiful! However, it was sent in a light cardboard jewelry boxwsy yoo think to go through the modern shipping companies there days. It Looks like the corner of a heavy box fell right on it and pierced the lid of the box. Luckily for all involved, the necklace was not damaged. Please, next time You send something through the mail, UPS, Fed Ex or any shipper, please wrap the item better The jewelry box should have been put inside a heavy card board box and shipped that way.
