Satisfied is truly an understatement! The package was shipped out immediately, and although delivery was slightly delayed due to a storm, the seller was kind enough to keep me updated throughout. When I received the coat, I was blown away — it looks brand new, in absolute mint condition, as if it had never been worn. To top it off, the seller repackaged it so beautifully, just like it came straight from a high-end store, and included the sweetest handwritten thank-you postcard. Such a thoughtful and wonderful experience!
