I just received these, and they are a bit big but should work with a heel pad. I have duck feet: short and skinny/thin, but really wide with a narrow heel. In other words, I'm almost impossible to fit well unless it's an orthopedic shoe, which are not the most fashionable. I normally wear a 6W, which are almost nonexistent. These do run short, thankfully. If you come across the 6.5s, let me know.

Quick delivery. The bag is as pictured. I like the color better in person. Just FYI, took me a while to find the serial number and style number tag. The newer creed without the serial number is certainly a very bad idea from Coach.
