I am very pleased with the interaction on this exchange. The seller is going above and beyond to address an issue that is not their fault. Received my package and although the seller took great care to wrap and label the items appropriately FRAGILE one of the items still arrived shattered. We have been in communication since I received the item and they have, at there own expense, secured a replacement piece and they an awaiting a label to mail it out. Thank you for nor only demonstrating good business but integrity and a basic human kindness.
