I'm going to reposh this item. My complaint is not with the seller here but with Vionic. Although it says it's wide, it's not. It will not fit on my wide foot, nowhere even close! So, no complaints with the seller. It was packaged well. Held up some in the snow storm, but that wasn't their fault.
