Nancy, your product was just as described, I loved my boots and how beautifully you packed them. Additionally I truly appreciated your beautiful hand written letter, it made my day! I had my car keys and motorcycle keys stolen at my gym today but the boots and your note was a nice surprise and it was a very nice pick me up. Thank you for those little gestures that make a difference.
