I’ve had really bad experiences with Poshmark so I was really excited to get such a nice handbag. Thank you for your professionalism. My prior experience with Poshmark has not always been positive. I pretty much have to keep my fingers crossed. The handbag is gorgeous and it was packaged beautifully. At the same time, I got a shipment From a very well-known high end department store and the shoes look used so I just got off the phone after having a heated conversation with their customer service. So once again, thank you!
