You were right definitely has be shrunken. I’ve already soaked it in conditioner and have it blocked to dry back to its regular size.

I accepted your order and thank you so much. The item was delivered but unfortunately it was not placed in my mailbox and stolen in my building with other Amazon items from other tenants. I'm sure it was a beautiful skirt.
